Notification of Paper Acceptance

We are delighted to announce that the Notification of Paper Acceptance for the Andalas Law Conference 2025 has been officially released!

Please check your email inbox (and spam folder) for detailed information regarding your paper acceptance, registration procedures, and conference participation.

Registration Terms and Procedures for Accepted Participants (for participants who have received the Notification of Paper Acceptance) are as follows:

1. Participants are required to confirm their attendance at the conference through the confirmation link provided in the paper acceptance email no later than October 24-26, 2025.

2. Registration Fee and Facilities:

   a) The registration fee is free of charge. Each accepted participant will receive a meeting package for the duration of the conference.

   b) The committee does not cover transportation or accommodation expenses. All travel arrangements to and from the conference venue are the sole responsibility of each participant.

   c) Participants must still complete the attendance confirmation form through the official registration link provided to ensure their inclusion in the conference program.

3. The committee will verify the registration proof, attendance confirmation, and required documents. Participants with complete submissions will receive an Official Participant Confirmation Letter via email.

4. Participant Card Collection and Conference Access:

   a) Participant cards can be collected during on-site re-registration on November 3, 2025, at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Andalas.

   b) Participants will gain access to the conference schedule, session listings, and e-proceedings after the verification process is completed.

5. General Provisions:

   a) Participants are expected to be punctual and attend all conference sessions and activities.

   b) All official communications will be conducted through email and the official conference website: https://andalaslawconference.unand.ac.id.

   c) Failure to attend without prior confirmation will be considered a withdrawal from participation in the event.
